NEW DELHI: Gland Pharma(Rs. 872.06 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 827.40 crore), Indian Railway Fin(Rs. 802.26 crore), Zomato(Rs. 768.07 crore), Dixon Tech(Rs. 638.12 crore), REC(Rs. 544.53 crore), Power Finance Corp.(Rs. 464.66 crore), SBI(Rs. 451.55 crore), Hero MotoCorp(Rs. 364.33 crore) and ICICI Bank(Rs. 331.29 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:50AM in Tuesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 7.8 points down at 19589.5, while BSE Sensex was down 25.31 points at 65928.17 as of 10:50AM(IST)on August 08.
In the Nifty index, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 4.36 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(up 2.40 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 1.17 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd.(up 1.06 per cent) and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.(up 0.96 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(down 2.75 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(down 2.44 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(down 1.71 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.64 per cent) and Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 1.22 per cent) were among the top losers.
