The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 57.0 points down at 19513.85, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 246.31 points at 65600.19 at around 10:09AM.
Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 3.19%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 1.24%), SBI Life(up 1.14%), Coal India(up 1.11%), Bharti Airtel(up 0.94%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(up 0.92%), UPL Ltd(up 0.9%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(up 0.88%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 0.78%) and Tech Mahindra(up 0.64%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Hero MotoCorp(down 1.61%), HCL Technologies(down 1.37%), Divis Laboratories(down 1.16%), Tata Consultancy(down 1.11%), ITC(down 0.95%), ICICI Bank(down 0.82%), Eicher Motors(down 0.8%), Maruti Suzuki(down 0.78%), Hindustan Unilever(down 0.75%) and Cipla(down 0.7%) were trading in the red.
