Ashapura Minechem(up 17.34%), Oriental Trimex(up 10.74%), Orissa Minerals Development Company(up 3.98%), KIOCL(up 3.62%), Gujarat Mineral Dvpt Corporation(up 2.97%), Pokarna(up 0.53%) and Aro Granite Industries(up 0.41%) were among the top gainers.
NMDC Ltd(down 0.97%), MOIL(down 0.64%), Madhav Marbles and Granites(down 0.33%), Coal India(down 0.32%) and Lexus Granito(down 0.25%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 83.9 points down at 19459.2, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 281.98 points at 65406.2 at around 11:11AM.
HCL Technologies(up 3.32%), Power Grid Corporation of India(up 1.22%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprises(up 0.99%), Titan Company Ltd(up 0.71%), Tata Steel(up 0.46%), Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(up 0.11%), Mahindra & Mahindra(up 0.08%), Adani Enterprises(up 0.02%), State Bank of India(up 0.01%) and Maruti Suzuki(up 0.01%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, IndusInd Bank(down 1.49%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(down 1.48%), Hindalco Industries(down 1.44%), JSW Steel(down 1.44%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(down 1.18%), Wipro(down 1.18%), SBI Life(down 1.14%), Hindustan Unilever(down 1.13%), Tech Mahindra(down 1.12%) and Divis Laboratories(down 1.01%) were trading in the red.
