Raymond Ltd.(up 4.27 per cent), Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(up 1.86 per cent), Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 0.38 per cent), DLF Ltd.(up 0.34 per cent) and Sobha Ltd.(up 0.32 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Oberoi Realty Ltd.(down 1.77 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 1.47 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 0.91 per cent) and Macrotech Developers Ltd.(down 0.19 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was down 0.2 per cent at 852.9 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 72.15 points at 23260.2, while the BSE Sensex was down 260.37 points at 76357.07.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 27 were trading in the green, while 23 were in the red. Shares of Vodafone Idea, IDFC First Bank, Reliance Power, YES Bank and Zomato were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of NACL Industries, JSW Holdings, Cura Tech, Gallantt Metal and Atal Realtech hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Dabur India, AGS Transact Tech, Gensol Engg, TCS and MEP Infrastructure hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
