The Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) has arrested a 42-year-old individual in Urugamuwa, Dikwella, on charges of possession of around 29 kilograms of heroin.
The heroin, estimated to be valued at around Rs. 400 million, was seized during the operation, police said.
